Welcome to Recruix, a product of HireCraft Technologies LLC ("Recruix," "we," "our," or "us"). These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Recruix, a licensed and subscription-based Applicant Tracking System ("ATS"). By accessing or using Recruix, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. License and Subscription

Recruix is a licensed, subscription-based ATS provided by HireCraft Technologies LLC. Your use of Recruix is subject to the terms of your licensing and subscription agreement with HireCraft Technologies LLC.

2. Intellectual Property

YThe content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to Recruix are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary (including, but not limited to, intellectual property) rights. Any unauthorized use of the materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

3. Privacy

Your use of Recruix is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using Recruix, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

4. User Account, Password, and Security

Upon registration, you will receive a password and account designation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HireCraft Technologies LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damage (including, but not limited to, loss of business, revenue, profits, use, data, or other economic advantage), arising out of or in any way connected with the use of Recruix.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HireCraft Technologies LLC, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Recruix after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
